Since our first meeting it has been an absolute pleasure. She listens closely and sincerely develops the best care plan for you. She is extremely knowledgeable and current and has answered all my questions. Even submitting her documentation to my insurance for reimbursement was not difficult. I have been a patient of Dr. Elaine Wu of the ReNEW Dental in Tewkesbury since January 2023. Dr. Elaine performed all of my pre-dental-implant preparation work, as well as all the post-surgery work to fit my mouth with an implant bridge. Her office has state-of-the-art equipment to make taking digital scans of my mouth/teeth efficient and painless. Dr. Elaine is gentle, pleasant and quick to respond to patients' questions. Her office is spacious and has soothing music piping in to put patients at ease.

After nearly 50 years of dreading the dentist after a very bad experience at a young age, and my previous dentist being X-ray crazy taking multiple X-rays despite my concerns amongst other things, I now actually like going to my dentist! Dr Elaine is extremely nice and caring and listens to my concerns! She was able to take one X-ray of 2 implants where my previous dentist took 2! Her prices are very reasonable and she truly cares about her patients !! She checks for oral cancer and I trust her 100% with my oral and overall health!

I decided to go with the Candid Pro clear aligner treatment because it was mid-range in cost and although it's considered an at home plan, you have a dentist who consults with you in the beginning, takes your initial x-rays, for the aligners and then is there for you if you anytime you have questions. Dr Elaine was there for me through out the process. She was always quick to reply to my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Wu.
